Turnaround times vary dependent upon the number of commissions JLD has in progress at the time of your order. Most commissions are completed within 6-8 weeks. *Rush commissions are available on a case-by-case basis and will incur a rush fee.*

All hoops are handmade by Stephanie in her smoke-free home studio, using high quality materials. Finished hoops are carefully packaged and shipped for FREE via USPS or UPS Priority mail service. Tracking and basic insurance are typically included with priority shipping. *Please note that free shipping is only available within the USA at this time.
