Jade Love Designs now offers CUSTOM illustrated book cover design services!!

This listing is for one, full-color custom illustrated e-book cover design, uniquely made to your specifications. Clients choose the colors, theme, and background for the front and back covers, and the spine detail. Custom illustrated covers include up to 3 characters or subjects and a moderately detailed background.

- Additional Characters $30 each. Please purchase the listing titled "Add-On Character" in addition to this listing to receive this service.

-Typography Add-On- $50
Add the title, subtitles, author name, book number, blurb, etc. in a font and color of your choosing. Includes ONE editing session. Please choose the "With Typography" option at checkout to receive this service.

**IMPORTANT NOTES:
-All artwork will be provided by the artist to the client, in digital format only. The client will not receive any physical products.

- A Commission Contract must be agreed upon and signed by both parties prior to the project start date. Upon placing your order, Jade Love Designs will provide a copy of the standard Commission Contract for your review. Any questions and concerns will be addressed via private chat or email, and any changes or additions to the contract will be made at that time. -All Pre-Made and Custom cover designs can be extended into a series! Clients who purchase cover designs in multiples of 3 are eligible to receive a discount of *up to $50 off of each cover! Please contact Jade Love Designs for more information about the discount and special invoicing.

-- Turnaround times vary. The client will be given an estimated turnaround time/ project end date when the artwork is commissioned.

The Client will receive:
* One Preliminary Sketch/Line Art for Client’s approval. ( This is the Initial Revisions Stage: any changes to the overall artwork can be requested during this stage. )

* One Final Sketch ( after Initial Revisions have been made ) for client’s approval.

* One Color Concept ( the final revised sketch with base colors added ) for client’s approval. ( This is the Final Revision Stage: changes to the color concept may be requested at this stage.

PLEASE NOTE: Any revision request requiring significant changes or reflecting a new direction to the project will require an additional fee and an updated contract to be determined and agreed upon by both parties. )

* One Final Digital file of the completed artwork in the format of the client’s choice ( PNG, PDF, JPEG, etc.) Files will be rendered at 300 DPI for high-quality images. All digital artwork will be rendered in the RGB color profile. ( suitable for screens/digital display) If the Client wishes to have a CMYK ( suitable for printing ) version of the final file instead of, or in addition to the standard RGB format, this must be expressed upon signing of this contract. Requests for changes to the color profile after the initial contract is signed will incur an additional fee of $25.00 USD. If the Client requires the artwork in a specific size, this must also be expressed upon signing of this contract.

**Licensing:
-This commission service includes a license for the client to use the final watermarked image for business purposes, which will be specified in the Commission Contract. Jade Love Designs retains the copyrights to ALL artwork created including sketches, concept art, line art, etc.
-Upon final payment and /or the conclusion of this contract, Jade Love Designs will provide the Client with written permission to use the final watermarked image ( for the business purposes specified in the Commission Contract ) for their records.

* Cancelation/Refund Policy-
Jade Love Designs will allow 24 hours from the time a commission order is placed for cancelation. If you wish to request a cancelation, please contact Jade Love Designs within 24 hours after placing your order to do so. Jade Love Designs does not provide refunds or exchanges for any completed custom work.
